How is this different from your development service?
Operations is strategy, systems, and process: the audit, the cost decisions, the platform choice, the automations, and the documentation. Development is the build: custom apps and software written from scratch. When a platform migration needs a custom tool built, we scope the move here and the engineers build it under Development.
