We can, though it is not our first recommendation for most new builds. WordPress is great when you genuinely need its plugin ecosystem and a non-technical editor. For everything else we usually steer toward lighter, more portable stacks. We also help people migrate off WordPress when it has become more burden than benefit.

You. Always. While we are building, we host the code in our own repos so we can ship fast. Whenever you want it, we hand it over: into your own GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or wherever else you want it to live. If you do not have a repo host yet, we will help you set one up. No drama, no lock-in.

Look for three things: whether you own the code and data at the end, whether they build on portable open stacks instead of locking you into their platform, and whether the price pencils out against the SaaS you are replacing.
