CRM Keeper reads your email and calendar to catch what should be in the CRM and is not. The email access is read-only, permanently, which means it cannot send, forward, or delete a thing.
Your CRM is its one write surface, and the writes are conservative on purpose. It will update a field it can verify, append a note, or create a task. Merges and deletions always wait for a human, and every single write lands in a log you can read.
When two records might be the same person, when a field has two plausible values, or when a note could belong to either of two deals, CRM Keeper flags the question instead of picking. A CRM you cannot trust is worse than an empty one, and confident guesses are how CRMs stop being trusted.
