Start with one thing, then keep what works.

Your first automation is free: one workflow, for 14 days. If it earns its keep, the next one gets a fixed price, and one flat monthly fee keeps a human on our team watching everything that runs. We haven't set public prices yet, so this page shows exactly what you get at each step instead of made-up numbers.

Step 2
Add the next
Fixedprice per automation, agreed up front
  • Only once the first one has earned its keep
  • Scoping is on us: you get a fixed price before we start
  • Documented and handed over, like everything else
Step 3
Keep it running
Flatmonthly supervision fee
  • A regular check-in with your team
  • A generated report on what ran, what changed and what needs you
  • A human on our team you can reach by name
  • Routine upkeep, like fixing a connection that breaks
  • Every change logged, and nothing sent without a human
  • If you leave, it keeps running without us

New work that comes up in a check-in gets scoped on our time and a fixed price before we start, so the monthly fee stays flat. Bigger builds, like a website, a CMS or custom software, are priced as their own project. Any software or compute is billed to your own accounts at cost.

The questions people actually ask.

Straight answers about the fee, what you own, and what happens if you ever want to leave.

If your question is not here, send it over. One of us reads it and answers within one business day.
What does the supervision fee cover?
A regular check-in with your team, a generated report on what ran, what changed and what needs your attention, a human on our team you can reach by name, and routine upkeep, like fixing a connection that breaks or adjusting when one of your tools changes. If a check-in turns up new work, we scope it on our own time and bring you a fixed price at the next one. The fee itself stays flat.
Who pays for software and compute?
You do, directly. Your accounts are in your name, so any software and compute are billed to you at cost instead of being marked up through us.
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. Your first automation runs on the tools you already have. If a later one needs a server, it runs in a cloud account in your name, and we set that up with you.
How do I fire you?
Just tell us. Everything already lives in accounts in your name, so there's nothing to migrate. We remove our access, hand you a one-page runbook of what runs where, and check the next day that it all still runs.
Is the first automation really free?
Yes. One workflow, for 14 days. You name the task your team hates most, we build it in your own accounts, a human on our team checks its work, and you see it working before you pay us anything. If it needs a paid tool, like a meeting recorder, that goes on your bill, and we use free tiers and trials where they exist.
What happens after the 14 days?
We show you what ran and what it saved, then offer the next automation at a fixed price and supervision for everything that's running. If you'd rather stop there, it's still yours. We remove our access and it keeps running in your accounts, just without us watching it.
What does a bespoke build cost?
There is no standard number, because there is no standard build. Every build is scoped per project and the price is agreed before we start, so it does not move because something took longer than we thought.
Why aren't there prices on this page?
Because we're still setting them, and we won't post made-up numbers. You'll always get a fixed price in writing before any paid work starts.
Where does my data go?
It stays in your accounts: your CRM, your email, your recorder and your cloud. We work inside them with our own login, which you can remove any time, and we don't copy your data into our systems. Which AI provider handles which data is agreed with you per workflow, in writing. Nothing goes out in your name until a human approves it, and every change is logged where you can read it. If you're regulated, we choose tools with your compliance officer, and we'll tell you plainly what we can't promise.
