Dooky Squad’s old site sat on slow, costly hosting that felt like renting space, and nobody could see which campaigns actually brought in quotes. We rebuilt it in under two weeks as a fast Astro site on Netlify with a git-based CMS, put tracking on every quote and lead path, and started a weekly content cadence aimed at local service searches.
Then we looked at the spend. A quick audit found about $525 a month going nowhere: a forgotten Google Ads campaign at about $500 a month and a duplicate Google Workspace account. Both were shut off the same day. Dooky Squad is also where Lupa started, the field software Marq went on to build with us.
