Kevin Turnbull

Kevin Turnbull is CTO at lilAgents, where he turns business problems into enterprise-grade software. He's a consultant first and an engineer second. PMP-certified, operating at the executive and customer-success level since launching his first business in 2008, with a range of prior executive roles. The person you bring in when a project needs someone who can sit with your team, map the real problem, and ship. With a background in education, he works as a force multiplier on both sides of every engagement: leveling up the developers building your system, and making sure you actually understand what you own. His toolkit is full-stack across modern web, mobile, game, and cloud: JavaScript, Python, Go and Elixir, with Linux rounding out the edges.

Outside of lilAgents, Kevin farms. He's a small-plot farm owner committed to regenerative agriculture, no-till methods, and community-first living, and that grounding shows up in how he builds software and advises clients: precise, sustainable, made to last. He writes code by day, tends crops by season, and sees both as ways of watching for the fingerprints of God in all things.
