Dylan Baker is co-founder and CRO of lilAgents, leading sales, growth, and GTM engineering. He helps US businesses get more leads and customers through outbound campaigns, paid ads, and custom development when a project calls for it. He spent 11 years in B2B sales in Seattle before starting the agency, beginning with business development at Toyota of North America, then running a wholesale operation while doing freelance marketing on the side. He built lilAgents around the idea that a small focused team that actually cares about results can outwork most of the bigger ones.
Dylan is based in Bangkok and works US hours, which means most of his day happens at night. He grew up in Cincinnati, moved to Seattle at 21, spent the next decade there, and traveled solo to more than 40 countries along the way. Outside of work he reads a lot of thrillers and fantasy, hits new restaurants and cafes around the city, travels around SEA when he can, and takes photos of stuff.
