Dylan Baker is co-founder and CRO of lilAgents, leading sales and client partnerships. He's usually the first person an owner talks to: he finds where their team's week actually goes and picks the busywork worth automating first. He spent 11 years in B2B sales in Seattle before co-founding lilAgents, beginning with business development at Toyota of North America, then running a wholesale operation, so he knows firsthand how much of a working week disappears into admin. He built lilAgents around the idea that a small focused team that actually cares about results can outwork most of the bigger ones.
Dylan is based in Bangkok and works US hours, which means most of his day happens at night. He grew up in Cincinnati, moved to Seattle at 21, spent the next decade there, and traveled solo to more than 40 countries along the way. Outside of work he reads a lot of thrillers and fantasy, hits new restaurants and cafes around the city, travels around SEA when he can, and takes photos of stuff.
