SEATTLE, Oct. 5, 2026: lilAgents today announced its relaunch as an artificial intelligence (AI) automation company for medium-sized businesses. The company builds AI agents that take repetitive work off a team’s plate, supervises every one of them with a person on its own staff, and sets everything up in accounts the client owns.
The relaunch moves lilAgents away from its start as a digital marketing agency and toward the problem its clients kept raising: their teams lose hours every week to work that runs on rules. Five hours a week across a team of four adds up to more than a thousand hours a year.
lilAgents agents do that work instead of only answering questions. They write to the customer relationship management software (CRM) after a meeting, chase documents and signatures, draft reports and triage the inbox, and they flag anything unclear for a person to decide. A human on the lilAgents team reads the logs, checks the agents’ work and steps in when one gets something wrong.
“Nobody selling AI tells you it still needs a manager,” said David V. Kimball, co-founder and CEO of lilAgents. “Agents are great at the busywork, and they still get things wrong. Someone has to watch them, catch them and keep them on the right job. That’s the part we do, and everything we build stays in our client’s name.”
How it works:
- Start with one. A client signs for the first month, names the task its team hates most, and lilAgents builds that automation in the client’s own accounts. For the first week, a person on the lilAgents team checks every change it makes. If it isn’t earning its keep, the client can cancel within 14 days and pay nothing.
- Add the next. Each new automation gets a fixed price agreed before work starts.
- Keep it running. One flat monthly fee covers supervision: a regular check-in, a report on what ran and what needs attention, routine upkeep, and a person the client can reach by name.
Ownership is the other half of the promise. Software and computing costs are billed to the client at cost instead of being marked up, every change is logged, and if a client leaves, its automations keep running without lilAgents.
lilAgents was founded by David V. Kimball (Chief Executive Officer) and Dylan Baker (Chief Revenue Officer). Kevin Turnbull is Chief Technology Officer, and Jonathan Robinson is Creative Director. The company runs its own operations on the same automation it sets up for clients. It also hosts Retooled, a podcast where business leaders talk about how they have equipped their organizations to adapt to change.
